Before care begins, Gardenista Jax (India Morrow) will visit your home or space to assess your plants and environment. During this visit, she’ll capture photos and notes to tailor her care plan and ensure every plant is treated with personalized attention. You'll also have the opportunity to ask plant-related questions during this time.

The visit and ongoing care may include:

• Watering schedules tailored to each plant’s needs

• Light and placement adjustments if needed while you're away
